Natural Fibroid Treatment - Bernice's Story

My friend is allowing me to tell her natural fibroid treatment story

. We became acquainted when I overheard her speaking to a mutual friend about fibroids - which is one of my "interests". I jumped in on the conversation there and then! Bernice had been suffering from abdominal swelling and bloating for a few months and did not know what the cause was. At a general health check related to her employment, she mentioned her increasing stomach to the doctor and after ruling out pregnancy, he concluded that it was abdominal fat!

Months passed and she was having uncomfortable symptoms, including passing urine when running, breathlessness, constipation and a painful tightness. She had long grown out of her usual fitted trousers and skirts! Bernice began to believe that she had a serious disease as no amount of dieting and exercise would shift the weight. Ovarian cancer came to mind and she visited her own doctor with much trepidation!

Her doctor examined her and asked her a number of questions and concluded that she may have fibroids. He sent her for a scan and it was revealed that she actually had a number of fibroids, one being the size of a small melon and others being "orange-sized". Due to the size of her abdomen and the severity of her symptoms, a hysterectomy was immediately advised. Shocked and confused and having a fear of surgery, she asked at the time if there was any natural fibroid treatment she could try. The doctor said not.

Bernice's own mother had undergone a hysterectomy in her late thirties. At the time she didn't know why, but now realises it was because of fibroids. Her memories were of her mom taking a long time to get over the operation and becoming very "moody". Either coincidentally or not, it also seemed to mark the beginning of her "getting old".

Determined to do what she could, she began to search for a natural fibroid treatment. She discovered that although it seemed possible, she didn't think it would be straightforward. What was required was a mulitfaceted approach which treated the whole body at once, as the key was the fact that a well-balanced, healthy body could simply not support fibroids.

One of the main issues is estrogen management. Estrogen is formed in, and manufactured by fat cells and so reducing weight will naturally help estrogen to reduce. Bernice therefore followed a robust, low fat diet and combined this with around 45 minutes of exercise a day. She ensured that all the food she ate was additive-free and organic. In addition, she drank at least 2 liters of water each day and underwent regular liver detoxes to eliminate the build up of estrogen-mimicking environmental toxins.

Around 6 weeks after starting, she noticed that the waistbands on her clothes were starting to get looser and a scan after 2 months revealed significant shrinkage of her fibroids. After 6 months, all her symptoms had gone and she has been fibroid-free since and attributes her success directly to using natural fibroid treatment.
