And what people should do is drink the mixed water. This is because the mixture can do a lot of benefits for people with conjunctivitis. Especially, the extracted juices can help get rid of some pollutants or oxidants in the blood. That means some ingredients in the water can help clean blood by killing bacteria or microbes that may lead to this problem. All these materials or herbs can be purchased from supermarket or drug store.

Hygiene is also very important for the recovery of conjunctivitis. What people should do first is to wash their hands often and never rub eyes with hands. And it is also needed to clean eyes with some tea, like coriander tea. Doing so can help relieve pain and discomfort caused by this problem, but the premise is eyes must be cleaned several times each day. In addition, the herbal methods can also help prevent the occurrence of potential conjunctivitis.

On point should be remembered that no contact lenses are allowed during this period of time. This is because lenses can even worsen the situation or slow down the whole recovery process.
