Need For Improvement In The Indian Education Industry

Every country, whether its India, UK, or USA need good education system for the development of its various industries and sectors of income

. A well structured and developing education system is the basis of the development in any country. All the sectors of an economy are dependent on good education system, which is delivered to the children of the country. Quality education systems and proper dissemination of the educational values to students helps in the framing of intellectual minds for the growth of the country. It is immensely important for a country to have good faculty and well- maintained educational structure so that the students of the country are instilled with knowledge required to contribute in the countrys development.

The syllabus and the curriculum for schools and a colleges in India have always been structured in accordance to the needs of the practical world outside the institutes. The colleges of India always give prior importance to the imparting education to students, which could help them in coping with their jobs in the respective industries. Though, Indian institutes have started giving emphasis on practical training, but still, most of the educational course in India, forms the theoretical part. Colleges in India, give a lot of importance to theory part of the course, making its students mug up the concepts and the theories relating to the subject. The examinations or the assessments in the papers are also done on the mugging power of the students. More emphasis is given on how a student can grab the contents of the subject and put them on paper. Creativity and innovativeness are the factors, which are given very less value in the Indian education system.

A lot of changes and developments are required in the education system practised in the schools and colleges, to make the students of the country well- versed with the practicalities of the world. Following are two of the main factors, which Indian education sector needs to implement to make the students updated with the global market and developments in respective sectors:

Skilful training: Students with updated skills are mostly demanded in the industry. Today, everybody wants polished labour force, for which the students of the colleges in India are required to be instilled with the education, which could directly land them to prestigious jobs. Powerful minds with intellectual thinking are mostly demanded in the working industries these days. Not only quality education, but a proper training and updated knowledge about the subjects are required to make the students eligible for jobs in their respective areas.

Confidence and personality boost up: The schools and colleges of India are required to make its students move in the right direction by making them adopt the right kind of attitude towards their career and studies. The colleges in India need to pour in the qualities of a winner in the students, to make them succeed in their future. A student should know how to present himself well in front of the people and what are the meanings of a well defined and a well behaved professional. Skilful labour is a must for the countrys development but a dignified and a well- presented workforce is also required to add to the growth of the company as well as the country.

Its not that, colleges in India have not been imparting these factors to the students, but their perspective now needs to be changed. They have think from the point of the view of the consumer or the employer, who will in further recruit students, that what qualities, would they require in their candidates for a particular post in their organisation. The structuring the educational structure on this basis would help the students crack the job opportunities easily and make a recognisable position for themselves in the industry.
