Network Marketing is a fun and lucrative business model

. The industry itself requires a lot of hard work and skill put into it in order to see a decent pay check. When you think about Network Marketing and realise what its all about, it all starts at sponsoring. You will have no team or duplication without sponsoring.

Sponsoring is what starts a Network Marketing business, duplication is what makes it grow. If your looking to sponsor thousands of new reps and become your companies top earner, then this article may not be for you. What I want to talk about is sponsoring maybe 1 new rep a week. Once you can do that, you can grow a team of 100,000 people. Now let me show you how.

First of all, think about Mike Dillard who makes millions when he only sponsors like 20 reps a year. The money is not in sponsoring, its in duplication. Now this article is about sponsoring so how do you sponsor a new rep a week? Its a numbers game! If I ask you how many people have you spoken to about your opportunity this week, what would you say? If your answer is less than fifty then your not going good enough.

So, you dont generate leads and you have no money to buy them, what do you do? Well its simple. I personally generate leads and try to talk to twenty people a day about my business. For whatever amount of leads I don't generate, I make up for it in social media.

So if I generate 20 leads, I will pitch them all. Believe it or not, people will join your company eventually. Maybe you will have to go through 100 people to find 1 good one. So if you don't generate leads, use Facebook.

You can use Facebook or any other social networking site to instantly add new friends and talk to them live. You can use the messenger to instantly chat with people. Try talk to 20 a day and focus on sponsoring at least 1 of them. Doing this, you should be able to sponsor 1-10 new reps every week. Then all you have to do is teach those reps how to do the same. Once you master that, you will grow a multi million dollar team!
