The premium phone brand from Nokia takes the inspiration for its Ascent line from sports cars and has come out every year with a new special edition just for moneyed automotive enthusiasts and racing fans, from the Racetrack Legends series to the Ferrari editions. The Vertu Ascent Ti Carbon Fibre Collection includes four individual editions, each with a different implementation of carbon fiber in its construction. The top of the range is the Carbon Fibre Limited Edition, of which only 1000 examples will be made, featuring the woven material all over, including the side grips, battery cover and pouch case. But in case that's not automotive enough for some tastes, it also comes with very automotive $9,800 price tag, with sales beginning this month.
