They are able to do it because the person receiving the loan agrees to have their next paycheck's earnings sent to the loan agency as sort of the basis for getting the loan. So in a way, when you set up a no credit check loan your next week's check is your collateral and the loan company doesn't need to run a check on your credit history, because they know they will autimatically get their money.
