Aside from paper stock, you also need to have these simple materials: clamp and adhesive. Your clamp is required to put together the paper stock sandwiched in between the front and back covers. To glue the materials together, you need an adhesive. For printing, of course, you need your personal computer as well as inkjet printer.

If you are ready to start working on your note pads, here are the guidelines in making one:

- Design the template you want using your preferred design software. You can choose from Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, or Illustrator which can allow you to create one-of-a-kind design templates. You can include images, brushes, patterns, and all sorts of design elements. You can also infuse tons of color, put text, and create frames and borders, and a lot more. - Once you have finalized the design templates as well as set the specifications for your note pads, print a sample. You will need a sample to make sure that there are no errors. Once you are satisfied with the results, have the notepad pages as well as front and back covers printed. Cut the edges to make sure that these are even. You do not want scraggly edges for your note pads. Hold the print materials together using a clamp or if there is none, you can use two bulky books.
