This means theres an increase in the amount of property for sale in the Notting Hill area. Since Im about to expand my family, I knew that this was the perfect opportunity for us to get a new home.

My husband and I sat down, talked it over and wrote down the requirements we thought would characterise the perfect house for us. We wanted our garden to be big enough for our little girl and two dogs. We also wanted it to be big enough for all of us to enjoy as a family when she got older.

If there was a park nearby, we took our dogs for a walk there to see if it suited them. If there was something about the area or park we didnt like, we talked about it to see if we could get used to it.
