Obamacare's Unbridled Bullying Power Must End
Judge Henry Hudson, in Virginia v
Judge Henry Hudson, in Virginia v. Sebelius, has affirmed that the individual mandate that Obamacare has forced onto Americans without their consent as being unconstitutional. Hudson says that the federal police powers would be expanded to levels that are worrisome and this is one the main reasons he has come to this decision.
Treading on Thin Water
The government does have a say in what its populous can do or not do but Obamacare seems to have far overreached its bounds. There are limits to federal power and Hudson"s statements suggest Obamacare is a violating of the fundamental aspects of U.S. code. And this violation is what is upsetting and troubling to so many folks. The basis of Hudson"s opinion comes down to this: congress cannot force or push Americans to buy a service or a product. If people understand the concept of police powers, they will understand that Obamacare is treading on thin water.
Obamacare Sounds Great on Paper
The government can enforce laws. No one is denying that. But Hudson uses the word "unbridled" and says the police powers will become too mighty under the auspices of Obamacare. Obamacare is unprecedented in scope and it is pushing the boundaries of federal powers that frighten many people. Some parts of Obamacare may sound good, but in reality, they will mitigate the quality of health care, according to the opposition of Obamacare.
Creating a Utopia
Obamacare will cover all American citizens. But people who want free liposuction will have to wait.
Liposuction would most likely be only covered under Obamacare if someone"s life was in jeopardy. What exactly does that mean? Anyone who is 5 pounds overweight could then say their life is in jeopardy and therefore this treatment is needed. Another reason Obamacare scares many people, the cost would be preposterous. Liposuction is the medical procedure that involves eliminated the excess fat off of someone"s body.
