It is recommended to drink plenty of water after the treatment to replace lost fluids and avoid dehydration. This will help eliminate the toxins from your body. Avoiding alcohol, smoking and excessive tea or coffee drinking is also recommended as these can have a dehydrating effect.

Office treatment will usually take place either at people's desks or in a designated meeting room.
