customer service and had them walk me from side to side a trouble shoot conference. I disconnected each constituent and the entire speakers. I then reconnected every speaker independently and twisted the volume up to the max. The receiver worked completely. I then reconnected every a/v component and tested them independently. Every one of them worked absolutely on max volume. I then connected the whole thing and watched the TV. No tribulations. I then played a DVD, no difficulty. This worked for regarding 2 weeks, and at present I notice that the difficulty has reappeared, even though I am able to twist the volume to regarding 50.
