Do you some times feel that no matter what you do to make your online
business work, you just are not going anywhere? Do you always feel
like your on overload, or getting stressed out? The problem is not your
online business, it is you. That might sound harsh, because you have been
trying really hard to make your business work. But believe it or not, that is the
problem, YOU have been trying to hard. You need to take a step back
and clear your mind.
Take a calculator for example. If your calculator is clear when you
put in a problem, it will give you the correct answer. If you put in
another problem before clearing it, you will get a wrong answer. You
have overloaded the calculator with problems and it will not compute
the right answer.
Just like your mind. If you keep filling it with problem, after
problem it gets all run together and it can not think straight. You
need to clear your mind, like you would the clear key on your
calculator and then you will come up with the right solution.
If you continue to go on day after day without clearing your mind, you
will create a carry over effect. A carry over effect is just like
someone that has had a bad day at work and brings that frustration
home with them. Or a bad day of driving, where it seems every driver
on the road is out to get them, so they start driving that way
themselves. Insurance companies have done research on accidents and
found that the biggest percentage of accidents occur from emotional
carry over or plainly being too stressed out. You must empty the overload,

One way to get out of the overload feeling you have created in your
online business is to clear your mind. Clear your mind the same way
you clear a calculator. Maybe you do not have a simple button to push
and wipe everything out, but you can find a quite place. Find a nice
secluded place with no noises. Maybe take a peaceful walk along a
creek, or sit by a waterfall. A quite dinner with you significant
other, or a fun time with your kids. The main thing is just do
something that will clear your mind of your business completely.
Once your mind is clear, it may take only ten minutes, it may take an
hour, it may even take one whole day. If you have been working your
online business really hard, then maybe you deserve a whole day off.
You will be amazed at what your mind can accomplish when it is clear.
After taking some time off and clearing you mind, you will come back
to your business and find out that all those problems really do have
solutions. And that those solutions come really easy when your mind
can think clearly again.
With these simple steps, not only will your business prosper, you will
become a much happier person.
