Can you believe that over the next three to five years nearly eighty million people in the states will be planning to start their own business. Can you visualize the Global number? Just take the emerging markets, China and the economies within Europe.
With the global decline just about all we knew has begun to change. The old thought of a job for life is certainly a thing of the past. We hear of people get their degree only to learn that they cannot work in the field of their expertise. And how often have you had to change your career through no fault of your own?
So what are the choices? If you intend on starting your own business would it be in in a different line thatwork you are in now? Or are you wanting a escape from that and seeking something else? You could take a look at franchising a business, there are plenty to select from. Think of the start up costs and all the other associated monthly costs. How much time will it take before see a profit profit? Maybe you could work locally to where you live and gradually build up your customers with some sort of service that you can offer. Many years ago I did that with some success and lots of long hours and hard work. Many people will tell you business is too competative, but what they are missing, is that if there was none there would be no business. Unless you manage to uncover some new invention then all you can do is accept that there will be competion.
With all of the advances in computers and the massive growth of the internet the way in which business is conducted is changing. Markets that were not availableto most people all of a sudden are right before us and within reach. Businesses can start online faster than the normal office or shop or factory. And they do not have the associated running costs. You can be anywhere you want to be as long as you have a Internet connection, and the customers you can reach go far beyond your area, they become worldwide

The banking meltdown affected everyone and as understandably it has made everyone look at their own stabilty and vunerabilty. Internet marketing has developed,and more businesses seek the internet to grow and develop their customers.
