Only Weeks To Get In Shape? Exercises Everyday!


How should you look on your body? What makes it to burn calories (Losing weight) and what makes it to store calories? (Gaining body fat)

Of course the obvious answer is that DIET, and PHYSICAL ACTIVITY (exercises) regulate the expenditure of your energy. In other words, what you eat and what you are doing to burn out that food is the key to fast and healthy weight loss.

For now, we are forgetting about diet (assuming you have already good diet), and we are going to focus on getting in shape only with EXERCISIES.


The second most important way of burning calories, besides calories burned to keep you alive, is your physical activity. You have granted that you will burn 1400 kcal every day (if you are a woman) just to keep your basic metabolic functions properly working.

However, you need in fact much more than that to stay alive... and healthy for whole your life. You need more food because your body is (like every other thing on this planet) constantly undergoing through a process called "Wear and Tear".

Simply saying you are using yourself up...all the time, even when you are sleeping.

As you can imagine a regular exercising is only boosting up this effect. And that's the reason why soo many times you can hear that you should eat properly when you are exercising a lot. You must supply your body with enough building material. Otherwise you will get tired very fast.

So, if you want to get in shape FAST (in few weeks, for example) you must make sure that you eat enough food to stay very active. The biggest mistake people do is drastically cutting on calories and going for very demanding exercise routine. That's the BAD way to go.

You want to get in shape by a lot of exercising, even every day, but you must eat properly designed diet. If this is clear for you and you understand importance of diet we can go ahead with exercising.

I strongly recommend exercising every day. If you are a beginner start with 15 minutes a day. Do some stretching, do some vigorous walking or swimming (if you like water). Remember to start SLOWLY! That's the most important advice I will ever be able to give.

Getting in shape by exercising is the best way to build slim and fat FREE body FAST, but... it must be done slowly, and you should take your time with it.

So, here is my final advice and simple exercise routine for beginners and moderately advanced. By the way, I do a lot of running (long distance running like 20k, 30k or even 50k. Now I'm preparing for 100k), and I know few really good runners. All of them will tell you the same... going too fast with your exercises will make you troubles. Keep this in mind, you don't want to get injured.

This plan is based on steady progress and building your shape slowly and carefully. You can exercise 6 days a week and take 1 day of rest. Which day it will be is completely up to you. However, I advise that you will make Sunday your day OFF.

You are going to do this same set of exercises every day. To get in shape fast you will be doing stretching, walking and lifting some weights (you don't need to go to the gym...).

6 days a week you should do everyday 5 minutes of stretching, 10 minutes of energetic walking and 5 minutes of weight lifting.

When should you do this training? If you want to get maximum of your everyday's exercises and get in shape as fast as you can do it every morning before breakfast. It's only 20 minutes of training so you can easily wake up a bit earlier and get it done before your first meal of the day.

Why I think that morning is the best?


Well, it will give you the best weight loss effect you can imagine. Your body after whole night of "starvation" (unless you eat at night...) will get a strong fat burning kick. If you will "attack" it with exercises early morning, you will burn a lot of fat.

Just wake up 20 minutes earlier, get your exercises done, take a shower, eat breakfast and start an energetic and happy day.

You will see that you will get in love with your exercise routine. You will feel more alive and much healthier. You can find many FREE stretching programs around the internet. You can find many simple weight lifting exercises also.
