Different types of psychological qualities have different behaviors. As for extraversion, they have good ability of communication and have rich sentiment. What about neuroticism? They are easy to be troubled and have the feeling of insecurity and self-pity. People with openness often have rich imagination and always seek changes in life. When referred to agreeableness, enthusiastic, helpful and trust of others are the features. The conscientiousness people are self-discipline, careful and arrange their life orderly.

Based on the theory, in order to explore the influence on academic and work among different characters. Vence and others researchers have had a seven-year follow-up study on more than 600 medical students in Belgium. At the first year when the students entered the university, they are surveyed with the test of Five-Factor Model, in the next six years, researchers traced the students' achievements on both academic and work.
