Outsourcing Growing In The Middle East at a Decent Rate

When you think outsourcing countries, The top 5 that come to mind are India

, China, Malaysia, Phillipines and Hungary respectively. The thing is, The Middle East is making a name for itself with the growth it's experiencing in B2B outsourcing. For example, The Hashemite Kingdom Of Jordan. On a recent visit there, i was introduced to a company by the name of Global Marketing Professionals Group. I was astonished upon visiting their offices to find out that 75% of their workforce were either of US Nationalities, British, Australian, Etc., Native english speaking countries. These are men and women who have lived most of their lives abroad in the before mentioned countries and have chosen to come back to their homeland to start this business. the success they are experiencing made me think of doing the same. Their clientele range from the U.S., U.K., Australia, South Africa, and beyond, as they are just expanding into all of Scandinavia. The company does B2B outsourcing from A-Z. Their website(s) are http://g-m-professionals.com and http://gmprofessionals.com. I was able to spend a few days in their offices just watching magic happen. While their, i watched as a huge campaign was started for a Tailor in Thailand who was using a Singaporian company before but was able to save an abundant amount of money using GMP getting him a much higher ROI. Their inbound call center consisted of over 85 telephone reps from 22 different backgrounds. What does that mean? It means over 37 different languages catering to 23 different countries. Can you say LANGUAGE SKILLS? Their Outbound call center was intense, ranging from telemarketing, sales, B2B Campaigns, etc. That office had over 100 employees from 20 different backgrounds. I was surprised to see even the CEO of the company hammering the phones which meant low staff turnover watching their leader(s) working as hard as they were. This is the largest company of this kind in Jordan and i'm taking what i've seen back to the U.S. and networking with my colleagues to bring our business to them. It will be an extremely beneficial move for us and more. There are a few other companies following suit but as far as i saw, no real competition as of yet. The country of Jordan is experiencing a tremendous boom in B2B outsourcing led by GMP. It's wonderful to see that the Middle east is thriving on ventures like these.
