Because of this deprivation in sleep, women usually have low energy the next time. They also feel extremely irritable because of the uncomfortable feeling they have.

You do not have to worry though because now, there are some precautions that you can do to avoid PMS. First, you have to limit your sugar intake. When the body experiences sugar rush, it also experiences sudden increase of energy level. This feels good until people realize the shock afterwards. When the body starts releasing some hormones to normalize the sugar level, the body suddenly feels weak and all the increased energy turns to tiredness. If you are planning to take in sugar, you should be sure to get it from natural resources such as fruits. Fruits have fibers in them therefore even if they have lots of sugar, the body will not experience any sudden changes. Fruits, as well as vegetables, will also keep the body healthier and away from diseases.


Exercise is also great for women who often experiences tiredness and dysmenorrheal pains during the menstrual period. Exercise gives energy to the body and makes the cells healthier. When you exercise, toxins are eliminated because the circulation of the blood in the body improves. Exercise also tones the muscles and makes them stronger for future physical activities. Moving the body will also trigger the release of certain important hormones that can help in preventing any hormonal imbalance during a woman's period.

There are different ways by which women can fight PMS and tiredness in general. To be more effective, always ask the advice of your doctor because they are the expert when it comes to body and energy disorders. Remember that tiredness can be removed if you do the right thing.
