Overcoming chronic back pain

Have you ever had a chronic back pain that is so bad that you would trade all your money just for a back relief? One year ago, I had a car accident injury that left me bed-ridden for almost three months. Those three months were absolutely horrible. It made me realize how important freedom was. Freedom to take a walk in the park, to meet up with friends for a coffee, and even freedom just to be able to go to the toilet on my own.

After three months, I could finally get up from bed and start walking. However, I was suffering from chronic lower back pain and also very bad upper back pain as well. The worst was my lower right back pain, which often left me in tears. I prayed to God every night to cure me of the pain.

I visited many doctors in a hope to find a back pain relief but even after months of searching, I couldn't find any lower back pain treatment that could cure me permanently. Some painkillers helped to lessen the pain for a few days, while acupuncture would sometimes lessen the pain on my injured back for up to a week.

One day, while I was surfing the Internet trying to find some part time home based work to do, I chanced upon an article regarding chronic back pain treatment. Apparently, many patients suffering from car accident whiplash had recommended this clinic for back pain in Arizona. It seemed that they actually specialized in auto injury problems and also low back pain treatment.

The next day, I rented a vehicle and asked my buddy Gary to drive me all the way there. We had a road trip of sorts, something I had always wanted to do since ten years ago. Gary was my childhood friend and was constantly taking care of me when I was in hospital after the car accident.

When we finally reached the clinic, a doctor came to see us. He had a benign face that resembled a very kind grandfather. He told me that the clinic used lasers for low back pain treatment. I was a bit skeptical but he assured he it was safe and that many people had benefited from the treatment and had recovered from their lower back pain.

It was pretty amazing that after just one treatment, I was already feeling much better. Gary told me that this was the happiest he had seen me in about half a year. I was so delighted that I suggested we go for a boys' night out together. That night, we painted the town red and both of us ended up with a girl each at the end of the night. Let's just say that curing my back pain came at an absolute opportune time that night.
