A common belief among people is that addiction to prescription pills is not dangerous as they are not street drugs but it is scientifically proved that addiction to these types of pills results in the same type of addictive potential as street drugs. Prescription drugs like Vicodin, Valium, Xanax or Percocet are being consumed without nonmedical reasons. Therefore, now it is the time for a wake up call without being too late from this type of addiction.
