As a seller, you can do a few things to ensure your Panama property sells quickly, and for the right price.
First, ensure everything is in working order. Properties sold in an as is condition typically require a much larger discount than the conditions warrant. When you have your list of possible brokers narrowed down, inspect their websites carefully. How many pictures are available for each Panama property? Is a virtual tour a possibility? Is the website free of spelling and grammatical errors? What other services are offered via the website? Look to see that finding your home is made as easy as possible, with as few clicks as possible.
Contact your final list of agents all on the same day at approximately the same time, and judge how quickly your enquiry is returned. For example, if you send an e-mail Monday morning, do you receive a response immediately, or is it several days later before you have an answer? What about phone calls?
Once you evaluate all of these things, you are ready to list your property for sale in Panama and find a buyer.
