Is the website free of spelling and grammatical errors? What other services are offered via the website? Look to see that finding your home is made as easy as possible, with as few clicks as possible.

Contact your final list of agents all on the same day at approximately the same time, and judge how quickly your enquiry is returned. For example, if you send an e-mail Monday morning, do you receive a response immediately, or is it several days later before you have an answer? What about phone calls?
