Panic attack is a disorder that causes a person to lose his touch in reality for a moment

A panic attack can happen to anyone, anywhere and anytime. Although stress is considered to be a factor, it is still considered random most of the time. Stress is also another cause of a panic attack. It has been shown that people who live very stressful lives are more likely to succumb to panic attacks. It is a response of the body to tell the person to take things slowly or lessen the pace. Many people do not realize this.
Fear is one of the reasons a panic attack happens, the anxiety and fear of succumbing to another attack causes the body to respond with more episodes. A sufferer has to get over this manner of thinking and he must have proper information about panic episodes and its causes. Fear of dying due to a panic attack is one reason this happens.
