Part Exchange Is The Key To A New Home In Ipswich With Redrow

, 35, recently found a home with the soul and quality they longed for at Bramford Gardens, the Redrow development of new homes in Ipswich. Using Redrow's part exchange deal, the couple swapped their two-bedroom Victorian terrace in Ipswich for a three-bedroom townhouse, giving them more living space on the extra floor they had gained.

"Part exchange made everything so easy for us," says the corporate training advisor. "Redrow effectively acted as our cash buyer. We received an offer on our previous house within seven days and we had moved within a month. The Redrow staff have been very helpful from the start."

Redrow Homes have a selection of affordable three- and four-bedroom homes priced from 169,950, as well as part exchange for your previous house, to make the move smoother by eliminating the need to sell the property on the open market and co-ordinating the sale so that you can move straight from your old home into the new one. The ever-popular development of Bramford Gardens only has four homes remaining.

"I hadn't previously considered a new-build home," Christine says. "I always thought they might be a bit soulless and lack character, but when I looked at Redrow's new homes I realised how wrong I had been."

She continues: "My friend told me Redrow were different to other new home builders and encouraged me to visit Bramford Gardens to take a look at what was on offer. When we looked around the show house, we felt like we had come home. The quality was so high and you could really tell that Redrow had put time and effort into getting everything perfect. We knew it was the right choice for us."

Bramford Gardens is great for commuters travelling to and from Ipswich, with good road and rail links to Cambridge, Norwich and even London, just 75 minutes away by train. The site in Bramford Road, Ipswich, is open daily between 10.00am and 5.30pm for viewings by appointment.

"We love our new house; it's low maintenance and so easy to keep clean. When I have friends round they always comment it's like a show home. We're also saving a lot of money on fuel bills as its more energy efficient than our older house. We used to pay 120 a month for gas and electricity, now our bills are only 78 a month."
