Others will have mobile units that they send out with their drivers which allow you to make payment anytime a driver comes to make a package pickup. Other couriers will even have a way that they can invoice you and have you pay by credit card online, providing for the quickest and easiest payment solution possible.

If you do want to pay your courier with a credit card, make sure that they're going to accept your particular card. If you're using one of the huge cards like a Visa or American Express then you're not going to have a problem. People that try to pay using a smaller or more obscure card though may occasionally find their card rejected, so if you use a card like that just take the time to check in with your courier and double check that they accept it before trying to make a payment.
