However, not everyone is going to want one of the many varieties that come in bold patterns or with a mix of colours on them. Just because the rug is not made with bright patterns does not mean that it has to be any less eye catching. It also does not mean that you are more restricted with the options that you have available to you. You will often find that most rug stores will have a wide range of stock that will come in numerous different colours. This means that no matter what colour scheme you have in the room the rug is for, you should be able to find something that will match with things.
You will also find that there will be a good choice in terms of where the rug was manufactured. A lot of stores will have stock in from countries all around the world. Some of the most common ones are made in places such as Turkey, China, India and Nepal. The quality of these rugs can be exceptional and a lot will have been hand made using traditional methods in the process.
You may be looking for something subtle in a cream or white colour that can just blend in with the rest of your decor. Alternatively, you may actually want something that is bright and will stand out as your rooms focal point. Either way there are plenty of plain rugs available that will fit the bill for both.
