. A plumber makes a fairly good salary and gets to pick and chose what job he or she wants. As you spend time with your trainer, you will gather the ins and outs of your chosen field the what to do and what to not do in any given situation, it also allows your employer to judge your skills and your talent for future employment as well as cuts his cost since you are paid as a trainee. If you succeed in your apprenticeship you last step in your plumbing training would be to get you plumbing license.
