1 - Eye Contact

Have you been using the same brand of jeans in the last ten years? Or even the couple themselves? The same makeup? And the hair? Always buy the same style of shoes?

5 - Smile!

This is a simple - but very effective! Smile at a stranger every day, you could even throw in a 'good morning' if you like! This simple strategy can do wonders for your confidence. And if they ignore you, just accept that the alien is confident less positive than that. Go and treat the person coming!
