We might admit it or not, all of us have flaws and weakness that we cannot hide from others. We do carry that thing within us. It is innate in us and it is dependent too from the kind of environment that we came from. This is why that during our childhood years, which are also known as formative years, it is best that we have the caring guidance and concern that should come from our parents, particularly our mothers. They are responsible for our well-being. Hence, there are things that they did not see that we are doing that we have carried within us until we have grown into adults. Those can be addressed through Landmark education.

This is not an ordinary education that we could take in years. This cannot be taken that way. Children at this point can't even attend this kind of Landmark forum. We mostly see adults attend this kind of workshop or educational training. The purpose of which is to help us identify our very own weaknesses that do hinder us to grow. No one would tell you that you were wrong or you have done something that affects the organization that you are working.

Landmark education is not created nor organized for that purpose. It would allow us to open our minds and our eyes that we have to know and recognize that we need to improve. We all have our Achilles' heel but then it doesn't mean that we would allow the fragility that we have in ourselves to affect us and the people around us. At times, we didn't know that our own strength that others see would be our weakest point too and all along, we thought it's our greatest asset.

We can't really realize that until we include ourselves or let ourselves to be involved in Landmark forum. You will be able to meet people whom you feel are already perfect but they are not. No one's perfect in this world and no one would ever be. Despite of the notion that we need to strengthened ourselves and avoid mistakes that is impossible. The best way to combat it is through the help of associations that would come from other people too. Going out from the shelves where we are hiding means we are ready to face ourselves; the real us that has something to develop.

The result of the Landmark education is a new you. This is just a simple and short program but the effect that it could give to each person that would be participating is impactful and significant. People who have been in this program have attested how it helped them. How they were able to go out from their respective boxes of insecurity and negativity. A change has came and would come to you where you would feel the total positive transformation not just on the way you see yourself but the manner that you would shun away the weaknesses that tries to put you down.
