According to a report NCR will have a total demand of nearly 10.2 lacs, residential units, 249 lakh sq feet of office space and 66.6 lakhs sq. feet of retail space by 2013, As there si rise in demand of offices, retails and hospitality sectors, Gurgaon tops the demand chart. One crucial factor related to this rise in demand in Gurgaon is due to the Connectivity with National capital Delhi.

NCR is the largest residential market in the nation by sheer volume of residential units launched . Currently it has more units than the combined tally of the other 5 metropolitan cities of India namely,Kolkata,Hyderabad,Mumbai,Chennai and Bangalore.

Main reason behind this is majority of Population floating to Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Greater Noida and Faridabad as well every year, This includes people of all class, Higher Income class, Middle income class people,Lower income class people .Gurgaon and Noida cater to the demand for major affordable and Luxurious housing in the area due to lack of infrastructure and steep prices of land available in other parts of NCR.

Most successful property dealers are DLF, Unitech, Chintels, MGF EMAAR, Ansal, Raheja developers ,Orris to name a few. Why they are prominent dealers ? This is because dream Homes, Offices and retails markets shops built by them meet the aesthetic taste and expectations of People.

Today majority of the people want to live a standardized life .They want to buy posh areas Homes with features like swimming Pool,Parks available,Good location, Gymnasium, Wi-Fi Outdoors etc. People who shows too much interest in High Ended properties constitute people like Politicians,Industrialist Or Business Tycoons.
