Kaplan Financial is a leading business training company in the UK and has received numerous awards for its excellence for the past 50 years. While they may have an incredible resume and a whole lot of promises expressed, a lot of it seem meaningless to many of the people whom had attended Kaplan Financial. As an accounting firm that trains people, you might think that their accounts should be well sorted and balanced out. The ironic thing, as a lot of their trainees would describe, is that they do not know how to keep accounts. For example, the trainees would have paid the correct and exact amount that is required for the course and for administrative processing. However, the company would always claim that there were no such records of payments, and they would need to pay the money they owed. If they quit the course and asked for refund, there would be no reply from the other end. It seemed as though this accounting firm was in dire need for some training themselves.

It is interesting that their marketing section is doing great at promoting how training with them will ensure that you will receive the qualifications in no time. However, with the previously mentioned problem, it is only normal to have the trainees wanting clarification for the problems they have encountered. You would expect a marvellous customer support to give support to their customer's enquiries and problems since their marketing section is doing a fabulous job. Unfortunately, when it comes to customer support, it seems almost non-existent. Whatever complaints or issues brought forth seems to be a futile effort altogether. There is no clarification or explanation to it; most of the times, it seems as though the e-mails sent are sent directly into spam or junk mail. And when some of their trainees demanded to know who were responsible to check the quality of the company, their answer was simple no one.

Perhaps it is their overwhelming confidence for being a pioneer in training for over 50 years, but even the best companies do ensure that their quality is always on check. Perhaps the company has been great before, but no longer stands to that reputation. Unfortunately, for many of their trainees, they had to learn it the hard way.
