In this method, a blank T-shirt is taken and it has to be stretched across a rigid frame along with a stencil of the chosen design and the design is placed according to the position selected. Then the screen goes on the top and ink is applied by the process of squeezing over the desired area. If in case, the design is having many colors, then this whole process will be followed for every color which has to be applied.

Another method which is most commonly followed for making the custom t-shirts is the dye sublimation. In this method, a special paper is taken and on that paper a desired image in printed with the help of computer printer. Then the positioning of the paper is done on the garment with the applied heat and pressure. This results into the evaporation of the ink from the paper and its gets transformed to the garment. This is the method which is suitable for transferring the photo onto a piece of garment or clothing.
