Try to weigh the good verses the bad and come to some sort of decision on whether or not there is a great reason to reconcile. Some may find through analysis that the relationship is not worth salvaging.

If you have the opportunity, get together with your ex for a casual meal at lunch or for coffee or tea. Talk about the highlights of your relationship and the funny times!
