Yesterday I was looking on the internet for "proven weight loss diets" for some people in my family who have tried different ways to burn fat and have had no success. Surprisingly enough I found one that honestly sounded too good to be true. So, I did some investigating for myself on this issue. This diet seemed too simple, but I thought I should give it a try and see if it would be helpful. I got the information and immediately got excited! I thought, "This info could really help my family members and so many other people". So I chose to write about it. The couple who came up with this are very intelligent. I don't know how true this information is, but from what I have read so far, it's a must read for people with this issue and it makes sense.

The couple who made this system tells why most weight loss diets will not work. For example, a lot of diets tell you to eat less calories which then convert your body into starvation mode. This causes your body to store all the fat it can so that it will survive. I didn't have a clue about this. Did you? They stated that you needed to eat a certain amount of calories that fit your body and not a set number like most diets. They stated that they knew how to set up a plan that fits me which didn't involve having to keep up with my calorie count.

How can anyone lose weight? Well the couple says that weight loss all boils down to how you liver works. The liver has two main jobs braking down fats and also it filters all harmful substances that you eat such as processed food. Eating the wrong foods, make the liver focus mainly on filtering the harmful substances. With the liver busy doing that, your body then stores this fat, which cause problems with our weight loss goals. Now the couple did have a solution to this and that is limiting your processed food intake. Just imagine if we stopped eat processed food for one week; this one little change could help us start to lose that weight. You may be wondering what foods out there are processed? Well, some foods I know are processed but they are so good! They gave many examples of processed foods and here are a few: fake sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, processed soy products. The couple stated that they could help me lose 10% of my body fat with in the next 30 days! Is this really looking like a good proven weight loss diet!


Did you know that there are good carbs and bad carbs that cause fat storage in your body? Now from what I have heard, all carbs are bad. What they say is that not all carbs are created equal and that there carbs that really help burn fat up in the body. For example, foods like fruits and vegetables work well for weight loss. They also say that some bad carbs are foods like granola, whole wheat bread and low fat muffins. Hold on there a minute, I thought these foods are healthy, but it's apparently true. Well, as I read more I discovered that sugar is the enemy and the reason behind all the bad carbs. You may not know this (I didn't), but when we eat these bad carbs it increases our blood sugar level to high. This causes insulin to go throughout the body and then lowers our blood sugar levels, which makes us feel like we need more food. Then after we eat more it creates a cycle of unnecessary fat retention. From all of this reading I started to see how this could possibly be a proven weight loss diet after all. But could this really help people lose weight, I asked myself.

The real question I asked myself and you will have to ask your self this too, "Is there really a proven weight loss diet out there that can work for me?" From my own experience, weight loss has been an issue with my family all their lives. I have seen these weight problems cause harmful conditions like heart difficulties, high blood pressure and other really dangerous issues like diabetes, which affect both of my grandparents. I have watched them become depressed and eat the wrong foods again and again.
