Venus to Neptune combines one's love of beauty along with one's creative artistic gifts

, which can come in the form of dancing, painting, photography, or poetry, to name a few. Theres a feeling of being inspired by something greater than oneself. Theres a great imagination and capacity to create fantasy in ones life. One has a tendency to play dress up long after ones youth, creating an illusion surrounding the appearance. Thus, this energy relates to the actor or actress, and this acting ability is not limited to the movie industry or, in an ordinary person's life, as a drama queen. One could also be attracted to someone who appears to be one thing but in reality is another. So one can see how this represents plastic surgery, in that it creates an illusion that changes the way one appears to others, thus a person could appear more youthful. There can also be an enhancing quality, as in breast enlargement; either way, the perception is one of perceived beauty, which could be the real thing, only one's hairdresser knows for sure. This can also be the best time to be photographed and/or have the haircut in which one appears to be the most beautiful. Many times one may fall in love with love; romantic love, being in a fated love relationship, or finding one's long lost love (their soul mate from a past life) may be present with this energy. One could also fall in love with a musician or an artist, or there may be a great love for music, movies, dancing, and fine art. On the shadow side of this energy, there can be involvement with someone who is married, thus the mistress syndrome, secret love affairs, and relationships that are kept hidden from others, along with deception and betrayal. Medically, this represents addictions to sugars, alcoholism, and the potential for liver problems due to substance abuse.

Connecting to people who come into our lives and help us to advance on our spiritual path is a manifestation of this energy. This relates to health issues which include substance problems, immune diseases, and/or toxicity. This also relates to groups of people who are all being deceived at once, betrayed together, or misled by someone close. Many times one could have confused communication with people, or they may be inspired by others. On the positive side, this energy relates to a group of fantasy writers, fictional writers, or people who use words to create fantasy. On the shadow side, there could be an alcoholic relative or sibling; thus, this relates to the process of watching someone slowly waste away.

Connecting of the masculine and feminine energies, the yin and the yang, is a manifestation of this -- the opposites attracting one another. This connects the polarities together, thus bringing in a new energy. Many times this is when a person meets their significant other, which could impact their life for the better.

Emotional suffering experienced with others and caused by a highly volatile situation is a manifestation of this, thus there seems to be no way out except through time. This denotes someone who has health problems or is being deceitful in a relationship where they have hidden their true nature or desires. Either way, this can leave one feeling betrayed and alone, suffering in silence. Medically, this relates to bone disease due to not feeling supported by others, or skin ailments from toxicity in the diet. There can also be substance abuse on the part of the father's lineage and/or toxic substances within the work area which affect the health.
