In this day and age there is negative energy everywhere you look. It is in our environment, among people, and around us on a consistent basis. Yet too much negative energy weakens our soul and inner being. You can use methods to deflect and block negative energy.
Less Negative
It is easy to understand the less negative energy in our life the more positive energy we will have around us. So to me the ability to block negative energy should be of prime importance in one's thinking and feeling. It is my belief that the more negative energy you stop and block the better your life is going to get. This simple look at an old age and ancient truth today. This information is useful and expands to empower ourselves even more.

One of my beliefs is the biggest mistake you can make is to deny the negative energy that is around us in the environment. Many Lightworker friends talk about the ascension. Leave it up to 2012 they say and we will all ascend together. This might be true, but it may not be. We need to question everything and not take it at face value.
Energy Protection Plan
One of the best ways to have more energy is to fix up the energy leaks we currently have in us. This will automatically make us feel better. The more energy we lose the less we have. There are white light protection methods but also much better ways of other energy practices far more useful than this one.
You can use crystals and aromatic oils to energize the aura and its energy field. Meditation and repetition of a mantra work well. You can use these methods at home in your spiritual sanctuary.
