Just as each individual blind in their vision in each eye we also have blind spots in our business

. Blind spots are those activities, people or events that prevent us from progress. Sometimes we know they're there, and sometimes we are so engrossed in the daily routine of our lives we get the blind, and expelled from the court. It is only then that we remember why we have some goals and plans in place.

What are these blind spots and what causes it?

One of the biggest blind spots encountered when we are on the agendas of others. This happens often in the back door. There are some colleagues and family members who are cleaver to "delegate" the burden of work, especially when you feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed by the task demands. Seems innocent at first, but soon we catch up on when we are converted or their own development.

We become complacent in our daily routine and habits that are lost and our initial goals and mixing. We can not remember what we like about our work or be inspired by the leadership of the company.

Get a vision for your business blind spots.

So now that we have identified these blind spots, what can we do about them and how we can avoid long-term damage that might cause?

The first thing is to find clarity through the establishment of a "working list of comfort." Although it may seem a little behind, it is necessary to know where your blind spots are and how they interact and respond to them personally. I often hear people reply, "But Dennis, how do I know where are the blind spots to me, if I was not aware of them."
