Self-confidence is the cornerstone in everyone's personality. If you have No confidence in one's own self you might as well be dead. You then live your life on shaky grounds and suffer doubt and suspicion against everyone, including your own self. Even though you take wrong decisions and pay for your mistakes you must never lose confidence in yourself. If you have no confidence in your self life becomes intolerable torture.

You start depending on others decisions and opinions. You annul yourself and become an aimless zombie. You lose inertest and annul your being. You stop enjoying your own company and suffer of being alone. You cannot stay alone for a short while. Then the octopus of depression controls you little by little. For depression is self incurred by lack of self-confidence. It is indeed lack of confidence in oneself.

Should you lose confidence in yourself, try immediately to restore it. This can be done either by acting as self-confident and begin to immediately work on yourself by restoring yourself confidence. Auto-suggestion and self-promotion can rapidly restore your confidence in yourself.

Whatever you do not go to any other person for advice nor for consultation ( for no one knows you better than yourself), above all to not go to charlatans of hope-mongers and lack of confidence-mongers. Never go to clairvoyants, no astrologers, no mediums and no other fortune tellers, or battery chargers scums, they are out there waiting to trap you and send you to hell with your empty wallet.

Do not consult a psychiatrist, he himself is in need of a psychiatrist. He would weaken you further and make you dependant on him to get your money. Psychiatrists are legal swindlers, but swindlers just the same.

The first and most important rule in to put your trust in God. He is the pivot point for everything your life and your decisions. He is the ultimate goal of your own being. Should you not believe in God try to trace your denial of God to its roots and uproot these stinking roots and replace them by your belief.

Disbelief in God has catastrophic inevitable results in producing stereo types of valueless, worthlessness, fears, anxiety, lack of energy, lack of motivation, emptiness of purpose and absurdity of living. It produces depression and induces lack of confidence. It is a total loss for any one. Disbelief is against the nature of man. It brings his down fall in every possible way.
