Many businessmen and executives find themselves buried under a mountain of paperwork

and a flood of tasks that seems too be too important to be put off and worries that never seem to end. There are certain points in their lives that they begin to ask themselves life-changing questions: Why am I doing this? What is this for? Am I on the right path here? Will it always be this hard, this draining? Will I ever find time for my family? Will I ever find time for me? These questions haunt them. Sometimes the answers mock them. These are agonizing experiences that are often too real for busy businessmen. Most businessmen, in an attempt to shy away from these thoughts bury themselves in even more work, justifying their actions by telling themselves that they will soon be reaping the rewards of their hard work. In reality, this type of work not only drains one of his energy but can also lead to a burn out. Quiet time is very important. Not only does it help one find a moment of solitude, it also gives them a chance to reassess and reevaluate their lives. Quiet time, for most, is simply time alone. For some, however, it is a moment where they can actually be themselves without the pressure of having to fulfill social norms and standards f expectations for a man of their status. Quiet time can be as simple as stretching or doing breathing exercises. Having the courage to face the day is something you can do even without quiet time. However, quiet time gives one the courage to smile in facing new challenges.
