Happiness!! What it is and where to be founded, questions will always follow us no matter how old we are or how good we live, people may spend a lifetime asking themselves if they are happy or not or just sitting around waiting for something to happen that would bring them that so called happiness.

I personally believe that people are deluded into thinking that happiness can be attained, that it's there somewhere; at some point in their lives they can finally have it.

Well, if there are standards for happiness explain that, why some people who have successful careers, happily married and have beautiful kids, in the eyes of people they have everything any person could ask for are still looking for their happiness

Happiness doesn't have anything to do with wealth rich people may still feel that something is missing, it doesn't have anything to do with family you can be surrounded by loving family and friends and still feel so alone, it has absolutely nothing to do with youth young people can feel so desperate that life is no longer worth living.

there is no such thing called happiness, what people feel from time to time is joy, satisfaction or fulfillment that comes from reaching a goal, obtaining something new or meeting a potential life partner. And besides we will always ask for more why bother waiting and wishing. We will not stop asking where our happiness is till we really believe it doesn't come. It doesn't lie in the future, it doesn't lie in the past, and it doesn't lie in what we have.

Happiness is just a phase, an emotional phase that fades away and changes with time like any other emotion or phase. Happiness, sadness, jealousy, anger, disappointment, anxiety, fear.. all those are just emotions they don't last

Be content with what you have now but know that it doesn't last.
