Raynu Energy Corporation and Raynu Energy (HK) LIMITED Global Leaders in Renewable Energy, announced that their joint venture partner Altima Incorporated which the two companies established in July 2009 for the Solar Farm Management business on their first Solar Farm operating currently outside Cali, Columbia, has completed the construction of its second solar power generation plant, located in Montero, State of Santa Cruz, Bolivia.

The power generation capacity of the solar power generation plant is 5MW, using Chinese single crystalline solar cell modules. The annual power generation is estimated to be 15.2 million kWh with Raynu's all new dual Axis tracking system, equivalent to the annual power consumption of approximately 5,800 typical Bolivian households. This will amount to a reduction of 12,800 tons of annual carbon dioxide emissions, and approximately 1430 tons of fossil fuel.

Raynu plans to construct multiple solar power generation plants of over 500MWp in total by the end of 2016 all will feature the Freedom line of dual Axis Tracking Systems manufactured in their Shanghai Factory. Mean while Raynu and Raynu HK plan to start another solar panel factory in late 2011 location to be announced in late May of this year. Raynu will establish over the next 5 years power generation farms in the following areas of the world Asia, Bolivia, Columbia, and Central America. Raynu plans to create over 8000 jobs world wide in the next 5 years. Raynu is looking into opportunities in the Middle East and Africa also using the new tracking technology produced mainly in the Shanghai Factory. A Company spokesperson says the all new FREEDOM Dual Axis Tracking System is producing up to 60% more electricity from the same number of solar panels without the Freedom System.

Mark McKinney Raynu CEO Stated, "our management was one of the first global companies to state and share their beliefs when we published our General Business Principles in 2008. As part of these principles, we commit to contribute to sustainable renewable energy, balancing short and long-term interests and integrating economic, environmental and social considerations into our decision-making process. Raynu expects its employees to be thinking of the welfare of others before the economic well being ourselves, thrusting for the truth".

Mr. McKinney also stated the Company will be unveiling their new portable solar generator with water pump option in Dallas this fall. Mr. McKinney plans on donating 10 of the units to several Charities over the next few months. Each unit will provide clean drinking water for at least 4000 people and still have enough stored electricity to power a small school, medical clinic and even a small church with lighting.

Mr. McKinney says "that the future is very "bright" for Raynu and the countries that Raynu will deploy their new products". He hopes to see everyone in Dallas this fall.
