Radiation Dosimeters Are Almost Out Of Stock Everywhere

After the nuclear explosion that happened in Fukushima Japan that were caused by

an 8.9 magnitude earthquake, nuclear particles spilled all over the waters and through the air causing radiation contamination all over Japan and is now travelling thru the US and other countries with the use of foods, objects and even animals coming from Japan.

Now, people are worried on how to defend themselves from radiation contamination. There is actually a way to defend yourselves from radiation contamination and it is with the use of Radiation Dosimeters.

Radiation Dosimeters are gadgets that specialize on detecting and measuring radiation contamination on food, water, air and objects. These are great devices in this time of radiation pollution. At first, radiation dosimeters are not popular and in most cases never heard by a y people but with the nuclear explosion at Fukushima, people are starting to be more aware and buying radiation dosimeters all the time, especially in Japan.

The store says it has sold several hundred dosimeters since the disaster, often to parents or grandparents concerned about the threat of radiation to their children or grandchildren. Sales are up 10 times on previous years, when most buyers were engineers.

There are usually two types of radiation dosimeters both types are very popular and bought in the market.

Geiger Mullers are a small easy to sue gradationdosimeters that can easily detect radiation up to one meter. There are different series of it; some are stronger while some arent. They can usually detect radiation contamination on air, food and objects. They can immediately show you the levels when measuring the contamination with its easy to understand readings. Then there are the Scintillation counters.
