Raynu To expand before completion of new factory

According to an article posted on China Daily Raynu Energy (HK) Limited and sister company Raynu Energy Corporation USA, which currently is planning the construction of a new manufacturing facility , is planning to increase its capacity by a factor of more than 6 times by adding three additional lines to its facility, located in Shanghai. Each of the new production lines will produce more than twice as many panels each year as the current line that is near completion. According to the company, India's deserts could generate the same amount of electricity as produced by hydro, thermal and nuclear power plants combined if just one percent of it was used to build photovoltaic power plants and with the incentives being offered by the Indian Government the opportunity is at hand.

On the face of it, this news might sound like the Indian government is putting its money into a potential solution to its enormous need for electricity. That interpretation is contradicted by other key facts in the article. For example,

"Capital is not a problem," Walton said, adding that 10 foreign financial institutions - including Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers and Standard Chartered Bank - will back the projects.

When you add the need for solar in China to the need for solar after the disaster in Japan and the thirst for electricity in India the future for Raynu and their investors looks very bright.

It is rumored the manufacturer has also signed a deal with Vietnam and will launch a 25mW photovoltaic solar power plant this summer and several others next year.

In other words, this new solar plant capacity addition is just one more example of the Raynu's understanding that it is more profitable to make products for that are in demand in export markets than to produce products for domestic use.

Not only will the factory cost less than half as much to build in China compared to other industrial countries, but the Raynu will have access to lower cost labor and the period of plant construction will probably be much shorter due to the ease with which such an expansion can be permitted and completed. The factory will also produce its own electricity for the most part.
