It is essential to know about the pay scale for this job profile. The basic pay or the starting salary is 8,860/- per month. This means 8,040/- plus two advance increments which are admissible to graduates only. It is admissible in the scale of ' 8,040 410 9270 500 11,270 550 13,470 650 15,420 720 16,140 990 20,100 (20 years). Other important allowances provided are Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Transport Allowance and City Compensatory Allowance and so on. You are at benefit without any doubt. From time to time, these allowances are available to the person who will be posted on the position in RBI. So, in total, the initial monthly Gross emolument for the Assistant is about 19,340. This is a wonderful pay scale.

Now, it is the time to discuss about the qualification for this post. The candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree at least in any discipline having 50% aggregate marks at the minimum (pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates). He/she should also have the knowledge of word processing on PC. For a candidate who is belonging to Ex-servicemen category should either be a graduate from a well known and a recognized University or he/she should have passed the matriculation or its equivalent examination of the Armed Forces. The candidate should also have rendered at least 15 years of defense service. Moreover, the Bachelor's degree should be from the renowned University only.
