Yes, I am a network marketer. There I've said it. I've been a hopeless dreamer for what, 40 years now? I do not care one iota. I am in it to win it. Corny as all get out, but it's the dang truth. I will never cease, that is, until I am no longer breathing. Okay, you want to call me an addict? So be it. You're right.

I still enjoy seeing all the new programs and money making schemes that come down the Internet pike. My goodness, what a hoot. I suppose there may be one every few decades that's worth a darn. But, they're mainly all scams galore, in my opinion. Yes, I could be missing the forest for the trees at times, but I think I know a loser when I see one. That's simply because of learning from hard knocks.

If you're going to really try to make a stab at earning a reasonable online income, I mean one that actually can help keep you afloat in times like these in our "Great Recession" (which I've called "The Second Great Depression" from day one), well then consider going for something that IS a REAL business and it doesn't cost you a dime to get into. I mean something that people already use and do all the live long day since the beginning of the human race: buy, sell and advertise.

Sure, there are plenty of business opportunities in this arena. That's quite the understatement. But, you can find some new upstarts in this admittedly overfilled playing field that are both novel, generous and unique. It's just a matter of time until some of them go viral and explode right before your very eyes. Then folks will be saying, "If only...."

Well, you don't have to be one of them. Real online businesses and a decent shot at prosperity surely exist. Just do your searching (I am so sick to death of that overused cliche "due diligence"). If it sounds too good to be true, it is, and your gut will confirm it. Just remember, those gold nuggets are out there, to be sure. You just have to become a relentless miner. Now get out there and dig!
