Heredity Causes: Many inherit the illness that their parents have had and hypertension is also one such issue. Heredity has been one main factor in causing hypertension which has not been found by the doctors.
The chromosomes are the pairs which are responsible for shaping the individuality of a person. The chromosomes are made up of proteins.
The renin-angiotensin-andosterone system is responsible for directing the blood circulation in the human body. This is the reason for preserving the flexible nature of the arteries.
Inheritance is the main reason for rise in blood pressure.
Health and fitness may be the best feature of a person but when heredity takes its place risks of rise in blood pressure are more.
Both who are a race of African and American most suffer hypertension.
If there are people having high blood pressure as per their ancestors then their children are prone to it very easily. People who are both Asian and American have very less chances of developing high blood pressure.

Dietary Reasons: Drinking, smoking can cause a raise in the blood pressure and is very dangerous.
Foods having cholesterol, trans fats and saltiness should be restricted.
Intake of coffee and alcohol should be restricted to effectively reduce the hypertension.
Stress and anxiety can lead to lot of problems and this can cause a lot of trouble in the area one works and also at home.
Stress can lead to a chronic stage of hypertension.
The other factors that cause a raise in blood pressure are distress and worries.
Mental stress and fears can lead to high blood pressure.
Chronic mental imbalances and apprehensions may lead to the path of hypertension.
My work is a natural blood pressure program which is a structure that has all the exercises that are for mental fitness and can bring down the blood pressure very effectively with those affected in these three areas.
