Reasons Why You Are Tired All The Time
Most people believe that reason why they are feeling tired all the time is the toxin build-up in the body
. However, how true is this?
For many years, many people have been doing detox diets with the aim of getting more energy. Scientifically speaking, this is a great way to boost energy. You must be aware that toxin build-up in the body can slow down the metabolism and the absorption of nutrients in the bloodstream. Eliminating these toxins through detoxification will help the body get moving again.
Toxins are all around us. From the food that we eat to the air that we breath, toxins are just there lurking around. Therefore it is not surprising if they accumulate inside a person's body. The best thing that you can do to fight tiredness brought about by toxins is to clean the body. There are several ways on how you can do this.
First, drink lots of water. Water therapy helps a lot in flushing out toxins and eliminating the build-ups. When you drink a lot of water, you may sweat or urinate well. But that is a good sign. This is because in every urination and sweating that you experience, the toxins are little by little being removed from your system. The recommended amount of water each day is 8 glasses to avoid dehydration. However, setting the number higher to up to 15 glasses of water will be helpful in fighting tiredness.
Some people carry out detoxification by fasting. Fasting can be done in many ways. You can do a fruit fast wherein all the foods you should eat for a certain period of time are fruits. This is very helpful and healthy because fruits are loaded with nutrients and fibers. The nutrients keep the body energized while the fiber helps in flushing out toxins. Fruits are also rich in water and this will help more in removing toxin accumulation. You can also do a juice fast wherein you are not allowed to eat any solid food for a certain period of time. This fast is extremely difficult but the end result is always great. Be careful though not to jump into fruit or juice fast abruptly. Adjust your diet gradually until you reach the point where you can do these two fasting methods.
Aside from toxins, some people also believe that lack in super foods can also lead to tiredness. There is not so much scientific evidence as to how effective these so-called super foods are. In fact, the EU even banned some packaging with this label unless they have proven to be absolutely true. Eating natural super foods may however prove to be helpful in beating tiredness. Some of them include celery and beetroot. You must remember though to still keep a balanced diet. You will not get energy by eating only celery. You must eat a balanced meal everyday that is composed of healthy inclusions. As much as possible, do not concentrate on one food group only.
If you are totally unsure about your tiredness, your best resort is to consult your doctor.
