Did you have heard about the "Lemonade Diet " in the past? it isn't intended for weight reduction, but as a type of detoxing the body. For ten days, about a gallon of this lemonade is to be taken during the day while fasting. It's also accompanied by a salt-water flush in order to help liberate the body of poisons. When I originally heard about it I was tiny doubtful about not eating anything for ten days, because I like food. How was I going to survive on lemonade alone? I need to admit, the 1st day was torture. By three o'clock in the afternoon, I already had a pounding headache and everything I heard about, smelled, or looked at was becoming extraordinarily mouth-watering. But after two glasses it was not so bad. Initially, it tasted just like lemonade, but the after taste sort of made me shudder at the start. If you do not know what can be expected it can be particularly surprising. By the 3rd day, I was no long feeling any hunger, but I did not have much energy to do anything. The comfort of my bed was extremely appealing after 1 or 2 days with no food. My body couldn't handle being deprived of food and make me aware in a unpleasant way. While my opinion is that I had the will-power to hang in all ten Keep your body toxin-free with more sensible food decisions days, my body could not take it any more. This detoxification isn't intended for everybody and those that do try it should take care in concentrating on how your body reacts. I must say that I am pleased with myself for resisting all of the tantalizing food around me, and at least trying the diet out. A few days is about half-way thru ; better than I had anticipated.
