Stir it well and take twenty or thirty minutes to soak up its goodness. This fragrance will invigorate and rejuvenate you. This is the perfect way to relax and unwind after a hard day at work.
You can use peppermint oil to invigorate also. For this next recipe you will use peppermint oil as the most active ingredient. In order to create this one you need to add about three drops of peppermint oil to two cups of mineral water. Put two teaspoons of lemon oil in this mixture and shake it well. You can apply it to your body with a small atomizer or sprayer. This fragrance will energize and invigorate tired muscles and a worn out body when you use it. Is is a good idea to carry a small amount of this mixture with you whenever you need a pick me up. You can also use this one in your bath water also but it will be more effective if you use it directly on the skin.
Now you can use a wide number of essential oils to fight ageing because there are so many of them which are good for this. The main advantage of using essential oils to fight against the effects of ageing is that it is oil so when the skin absorbs it it will not break down. There are many water based anti wrinkle products out there but the water is quickly absorbed that these products may fill in your wrinkles for a short time but when the water evaporates the wrinkles come back. Oil based products will fill in for a while but you get the actual benefit of regeneration from them at the same time.
