. Most people have items that they've accumulated from the time they were born. Sometimes it can be difficult to part with especially if they are sentimental items or keepsakes. Your house will be yours again.If you are planning to sell your house you need to make it presentable to potential buyers. A neat, clean and clutter free house will always sell. Your real estate agent needs to try and stage your house so that it will provide people with an idea of what they can do with the house. They will need to imagine themselves and their items in the house. They cannot do that if they are reminded by your items.When you are trying to move whether it is for a job or new home ownership you need to be able to pack your items and eliminate things that you don't need. Sometimes your house may sell before you can move to a new one. Or the closing date on your house has pushed back you will need somewhere to put your things. You can purchase additional storage space to hold your items temporarily until you can put them in your house.Perhaps you have retired and find that your house is simply too big. If there is too much house for you and you are trying to downsize to a smaller house there is no way all of your items will fit. You have mementos that you have that don't want to throw away but can't keep in your new house. You cannot redecorate the house with their items still there. You can store the items and still have access when you need to get to them.The other option is to buy a bigger house or pay for an addition. This is costly and takes time. Storing your items is a much better alternative. For only a few pounds you can get additional storage space for the size you need and it will cost you a whole lot less. It is cheaper than you can even imagine. If your needs do change you can decide if you no longer need it. Many have no long term agreements that you must meet. All you need to do is to be certain to pay your storage fee each month to retain the space.
