Redrow's 'Mastermove' Scheme Helps Buyers Of New Homes In St Neots
National housebuilder Redrow is offering a helping hand to buyers of new homes in Cambridgeshire with its Mastermove assistance scheme at Priory Gardens in St Neots. With the scheme, the homebuyer hands over the management of the sale of their existing home to the Redrow team, who will liaise with local agents to sell the property. Not only does it relieve the homebuyer of the hassle of selling their home, but Redrow will also pay the agent's fees when a buyer is found."The stand-out range of homes from our New Heritage Collection at Priory Gardens means that finding your dream home is the easy part; whereas finding a buyer for your current property may prove trickier," says Tonia Tyler, sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Midlands). "With that in mind, we're offering to assist our customers by working with local agents to market their home, with no cost to the client. We'll monitor their progress and once they've found a buyer we'll even pay their fees."The New Heritage Collection of home designs combines traditional external styles influenced by the Arts and Crafts movement of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, complete with appealing craftsmen-built architectural features such as hanging porches, ornamental brickwork and dropped eaves, with modern internal specification. Redrow's chairman Steve Morgan talks about the Collection on the company's innovative online "television station", Redrow.TV.Buyers get an appealing, evocative house design with a spacious, flexible and up-to-date interior. Stylish kitchens and bathrooms add real luxury to key parts of the house, with luxuries such as en-suite facilities and multiple reception rooms in the larger house designs. There are currently a number of three- and four-bedroom house designs to choose from at Priory Gardens, starting at 189,950.House hunters in Cambridgeshire are drawn to new homes in St Neots by the town's picturesque character and splendid transport links. Given a market charter in the early 12th century, the town has enjoyed success through milling and brewing and was an important coaching town until the time of the railways. With a commuter link to London taking 45 minutes and road connections to Cambridge, Bedford, Peterborough and the A1, its location is still a major factor in its appeal today, all easily reached from a home at Priory Gardens. Its location on the River Ouse and proximity to the verdant Cambridgeshire countryside make St Neots the perfect antidote to the busy city and an ideal location for raising a family.
