2.Make sure you are eating enough fresh fruit and vegetables. You should be eating at least 5 portions of these everyday.
3.Reduce you intake of foods that are high in saturated fats. These include red meats. Try healthier alternatives such as lean meats which include chicken.
4.Make sure you drink plenty of clean filtered water. This is very good at cleansing your body and boosting your energy. Try to drink approximately 6 to 8 250 millilitres of water each day.
5.Change the way you cook your food. If you fry your food this will only increase the saturated fat content. Steam or grill your food instead and do not overcook.
6.Reduce your consumption of foods that contain refined flour and refined sugar. These foods are great for putting on weight and making you feel like crap. These are serious low energy foods that will increase your blood glucose levels giving you energy slumps during the day.
7.Introduce more natural foods such as nuts and seeds into your diet. These are high in essential fatty acids like omega 3 and 6 which are great for your health and help to boost your energy levels.
8.Eat less cooked food and more raw food. Cooking food can destroy many of the essential nutrients and enzymes that are essential for our health. Rather than cook your food eat more salads.
